Join a Secret City-Centre Mission with ‘Detective (Insert Name)’
‘We need you for a massive mission, of global proportions.
But, it starts right here, in this city, with you.’
Don’t miss out on taking part in the Green Festival’s new secret mission! Tom Fox, theatre practitioner and director from Lamphouse Theatre, has launched ‘Detective (Insert Name)’ – a city centre walkabout tour with a difference! The tour will run on Sunday 24, Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 May, every half hour between 10am-3pm.
Participants will be briefed on a secret mission and given a secret location… and then the adventure begins. Travelling to different locations and meeting other characters, you and your team of detectives have to solve the puzzle. You are investigating something that could affect the entire city if you don’t act quickly enough. Are you up for the challenge?
A walkabout performance for a group of 6 at a time. Using Peterborough as the stage, join this unique experience for all who love puzzles, detective shows or simply having fun! Inspired by Peterborough’s spaces, the show explores the way we travel from A to B and what we might miss on the way.
Booking is essential, and limited places are available. You can book as an entire group of six or smaller. Please wear suitable clothing for walking outdoors. Suitable for 12 years+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
The 2015 Green Festival, organised by independent charity Peterborough Environment City Trust, is this year including a fantastic arts element in order to showcase sustainability issues in innovative and engaging ways. The Festival is sponsored by Travelchoice, with funding from the Arts Council.
